Je suis un peu déçue car je trouve l'effet "cryo" assez faible. Je devais l'utiliser en enveloppement mais je trouve l'effet glaçant trop faible.
La texture est douce et suffisamment souple pour un bon étalement (emplâtre). La sensation de fraicheur est tout de suite ressentie et le bénéfice de l'application est rapide.
Ne marche pas pour les tendinites trop profondes.
Je n'ai pas trouvé une grande efficacité, a part la sensation de frais.
